Can I track my shipment?

Yes. All BustedTees packages are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the package is shipped. You can track your packge by doing a Google Search for your tracking number.

I made a mistake in my order! How can I fix it?

Fill out this form to make changes to your order. We cannot guarantee that the changes will be observed, as orders are shipped very quickly after being placed.

I haven't received my order yet!

We apologize for the delay! If it's been more than 2 weeks since you placed your domestic order, or 3 weeks since you placed your International order, contact customer service. Please consult your tracking data before contacting us.

Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered?

International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees. Unfortunately this is a necessary evil of ordering from overseas. Please do not ask us to ship your package as a gift. We can't do that!

If I choose Next Day or 2 Day Shipping, when will I get my order?

Orders take 1 business day to process before shipping. Therefore, if you opt for Next Day or 2nd Day shipping, it will take 1 day longer than the shipping method: 2 Days total for Next Day Air and 3 Days total for 2nd Day Air.

Why did I get charged tax?

We charge sales tax in some states. It's the law! But look on the brightside: your tax dollars pay for streets, schools, libraries, and other great public services. Take pride in your sales tax!

American Apparel shirts are the softest, smoothest, best-looking T-shirt available anywhere. They are made of 100% Fine Jersey cotton, combed for softness and comfort. They do shrink in the wash so order one size up or don't put them in the dryer.

All of our shirts are screen printed in advance and stored in inventory. Unlike other T-Shirt sites out there, we do not use any print-on-demand technology. This means a higher quality shirt and a faster shipping time.

Who designs the BustedTees shirts?

The BustedTees creative process starts with the writers of CollegeHumor, our sister website. Every week we get together and brain storm. The best ideas go to our graphic designer and the rest is cotton!

Washing Instructions?

All of BustedTees' products are made with American Apparel's 100% preshrunk combed cotton knit fabric. Expect about 5-7% shrinkage after normal wash. Wash warm, dry low. Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash.

Can I submit my own idea?

Yes! Just send in your own original idea to ideas@bustedtees.com. If we like it you'll get $150 plus a free shirt with your idea on it. PS- You don't have to be an artist, you can submit your ideas in text and our design team can take it from there.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund less shipping charges. Simply pack the order and return it to:

Please include the Returns/Exchange form included in your package. Please allow 2-3 weeks for refund or exchange shipment. We do our best to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible.
