Shipping Information

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping for orders of 80 or more. $80 minimum purchase is calculated after all discounts and coupons are applied.

If I choose Next Day or 2 Day Shipping, when will I get my order?

Orders take 1 business day to process before shipping. Therefore, if you opt for Next Day or 2nd Day shipping, it will take 1 day longer than the shipping method: 2 Days total for Next Day Air and 3 Days total for 2nd Day Air.

Does BustedTees ship to military addresses?

We do! Please select the "APO", "FPO" from the "City" drop down on our check out page.

Where does BustedTees ship to outside of the US?

If your country is not on this list, please DO NOT place an order. Contact customer support to place your order directly.

Please wait 1 business day to receive your tracking number. If you have not yet received it via email (check your spam box) please contact us for the tracking number. Keep in mind that the UPS or USPS tracking number may take up to 1 business day to yield any useful info. All "Budget" tracking number will most likely NOT update until delivery, if at all. If it has been over 2 weeks since you received tracking number for your US order, or over 5 weeks for your international order please contact customer support.

My package was late, can I get my shipping fees refunded?

If your order was delayed due to BustedTees or the courier, we will issue a refund for the shipping fees. If your order is late due to reasons other than the fault of the courier, or BustedTees (factors that disrupts the air and ground transportation systems, weather conditions, natural disasters, or an act of God) we will not issue a refund. All shipping times on our FAQ are "estimates" and do not qualify for a refund if they are not delivered on within the time frame on our FAQ.

I made a mistake in my order!

You can call at 1-877-BUSTED-3. We can make changes within 15 minutes of placing an order. After that, we offer free returns and exchanges if you made a mistake.

How do I check the status of my Order?

You can click here to check the status of your order. You will need the order #, email address used to order and the billing postal code in order to access your information. If you somehow lost any of this information, please feel free to contact us

What is your return/exchange policy?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return any unwashed and unworn item for a full refund less shipping charges within 60 days of purchase. No products listed under "Stuff" can be sent in for a refund or exchange. If you want to set up an exchange or return on a garment, please go to the returns page.

I bought this tee last week and now it's on sale.

Occasionally, we adjust the pricing on our items. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can't provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you purchased it. To be notified of when items go on sale, you can subscribe to our e-mail newsletter or follow us on Facebook.

Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered?

International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees. Unfortunately this is a necessary evil of ordering from overseas. Check with your local laws regarding any taxes or fees you may have to pay once these arrive. Please do not ask us to ship your package as a gift. We can't do that!

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Unfortunately we can not accept checks, gift cards, cash or money orders at this time. BustedTees takes your safety seriously, our site is encrypted with 128-bit security so your personal information is safe.

When will my card be charged?

Since your order goes into production the moment it is placed, we do charge your card the moment you confirm your order at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is submitted. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know why your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorize the amount. Please bear in mind that even if a payment fails to be authorized, some card issuers may still reserve the money temporarily. For T-shirt of the Month Club subscriptions, the entire subscription cost is charged at time of purchase.

I forgot to use my coupon!

We are sorry but we can not apply a coupon to an already existing order, please save it for next time!

Why was I asked to show my ID to place my purchase?

For your protection we may ask for a copy of your ID to verify the authenticity of your order. Once you have verified your order, you will not be asked again.

Does BustedTees offer Gift Cards?

Absolutely! If you are unsure about a size, or just can't seem to decide on the perfect BustedTee, you can purchase a gift card! Gift cards never expire and can be combined with one current discount coupon if you have one. You may not purchase a gift card with a coupon code, they must be purchased at full price. You may purchase gift cards here in the following increments: $25.00, $50.00, $75.00 and $100.00.

Why was I charged sales tax?

BustedTees has to charge sales tax in New York, Connecticut, and Florida as we have physical locations in all of these states. We wish there was a way around this, but unfortunately there is not.

Why are you not replying to my emails?

Please add support@bustedtees.com to your contacts or check your spam box as we always answer all BustedTees.com related questions within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays).

Why isn't my coupon working?

There are a few reasons why your coupon may not be working but the most common is that coupons cannot be combined with other coupons, cannot be used on any item from the "deals" page and often have expiration date restrictions or product restrictions depending on where you got it.

What fabrics and ink do you use?

We print all of our designs on soft, high-quality blanks.
Our shirts are the softest, smoothest, best-looking T-shirt available anywhere.
They are made of 100% Fine Jersey cotton, combed for softness and comfort.

Washing instructions?

All of BustedTees' products are made with 100% preshrunk combed cotton knit fabric. Expect about 5-7% (about a half a shirt size) shrinkage after normal wash. Wash warm, dry low. Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash.

Does BustedTees offer Tall, Maternity or Plus sizes?

At this time, BustedTees does not offer tall or plus sizes. This does not mean we will never carry a variety of sizes, so please do check back.

Who designs the BustedTees shirts?

The BustedTees creative process starts with the writers of CollegeHumor and other New York City comedians. Every week we get together and brain storm. The best ideas go to our graphic designer and the rest is cotton!

Can I submit my own idea?

Sadly, we are unable to accept shirt ideas. Something about non-transferable intellectual design protection rights, or something. The lawyer said it. At least we think it was the lawyer. He was wearing a suit.

Shirt of the Month Club

Which shirts do I get?

Which ever ones you want!!! The first week of each month BustedTees will shoot you an exclusive SOTM Club email including a LINK and PROMO CODE. Click the link, choose your shirt, punch in the code at checkout, and then sit back and wait for your sweet bounty of free cotton apparel to land in your mailbox.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Nope! Each redemption code covers the cost of one shirt along with standard shipping. You will only be charged shipping if you select a different shipping method from our drop-down list.

Additionally, you can add other items to your cart along with your shirt of the month and shipping will still be free.

When do I get to claim my first shirt?

Immediately!!!! Well not immediately, but within a few minutes of joining the club you'll receive a welcome email that will include your first redemption code. Be sure to add bustedtees@bustedtees.com to your address book to ensure your welcome message does not get mistaken for spam.

How do I update my email address?

Do you still have your welcome email? If so, there's a link in there that will allow you to update the email address associated with your membership. Can't find it? Click here to return to the product page where you can enter your current email address to receive instructions on how to link your membership to a different email address. Not working for you? Contact us at support@bustedtees.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?

The shirt of the month subscription fee is paid up front. You may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund only: If you contact Customer Service and cancel your Subscription within twenty (20) days of our shipment of your 1st BustedTees® shirt and return it to us in new/unworn condition with postage/shipping costs prepaid by you. Upon receipt we will issue a full refund of your Subscription Plan fee. You can cancel any time, but the full price of each BustedTees® shirt delivered to you plus shipping and handling will be subtracted from the total Subscription Plan fee you paid and the remainder refunded to you as a credit via a BustedTees® Gift Card. Currently, the full price plus shipping and handling of each BustedTees® subscription plan shirt is $25.99 (U.S. Subscribers) or $28.99 (for international subscribers).

Can I renew my subscription?

We do not automatically renew your subscription. Near the time of the final shipment we may include a renewal offer, but it is completely up to you if you wish to renew.

Is there a BustedTees store near me?

Currently we do not have any physical stores. If you have any questions regarding the sizes or anything else, please feel free to ask. Please remember that BustedTees does allow returns and exchanges on all of our garments, so if it is not 100% perfect you are not stuck with it.

I want BustedTees to make MY tees, can you guys do that?
