Subscriber Agreement
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE AGREEING TO BECOME A BUSTEDTEES® MONTHLY PLAN SUBSCRIBER. BY CLICKING "I AGREE" TO THE RIGHT, YOU WILL SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS OF THS AGREEMENT AS LEGALLY BINDING.
All BustedTees® Monthly Subscription Plans must be paid in full upon order acceptance; the Subscription Plan fee includes all of our shipping and handling charges; you are responsible for paying any customs fees, sale or use taxes due to your purchase.
Your first BustedTees® shirt will be shipped by us within 3 days from 2010-10-15 and approximately every 30 days after that. You may cancel your subscription and receive a full or partial refund of your paid Subscription Plan fee only as follows: If you contact Customer Service and cancel your Subscription within twenty (20) days of our shipment of your 1st BustedTees® shirt and return it to us in new/unworn condition with postage/shipping costs prepaid by you, upon receipt we will issue a full refund of your Subscription Plan fee; For all other cancellations, the full price of each BustedTees® shirt delivered to you plus shipping and handling will be subtracted from the total Subscription Plan fee you paid and the remainder refunded to you as a credit to your payment account. Our shipping and handling charges (which cover all associated costs and services, including labor, materials, packing and postage) are waived for Subscribers who complete and do not cancel their BustedTees® Subscription. Currently, the full price plus shipping and handling of each BustedTees® subscription plan shirt is $25.99 (U.S. Subscribers) and $28.99 for Subscribers in all other countries).
The credit/debit card/other payment method you provide will be used for payment of your Subscription Plan and will be charged upon the completion of the checkout process.
Changes to your Subscription. Upon signing up for a BustedTees® Monthly Subscription Plan you will be provided links to change your mailing address and the size of the shirt at any time. If you'd like to change your Subscription Plan to a different plan, please contact Customer Service. And please note that Subscription Plan services, policies, benefits, terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and that all changes will take effect after notice to you and no later than the start of the next renewal term of your Subscription Plan. If you're not satisfied with the changes, you may cancel your Subscription Plan prior to renewal without additional fees or further obligations.
Undeliverable shipments. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses or for changes of address. Please be sure that you enter the correct address when you sign up for your Subscription Plan and include applicable apartment or suite numbers.
Our Privacy Policy governs our collection and use of all personal information you provide regarding your BustedTees® Subscription.
All terms and conditions stated in the website terms apply to all Subscribers and Subscription Plans with the following changes, each of which is hereby specifically agreed to by you and by us:

- The Website Terms shall be referred to as the "Terms" and this Subscriber Agreement shall be referred to as the "Agreement".
- The terms of this Subscriber Agreement shall govern, supersede and take precedence over any conflicting terms and conditions stated in the Website Terms: a) regarding the sale of BustedTees® shirts through Subscriber plans or, b) which are inconsistent or in conflict with any clause in this Subscriber Agreement.

BustedTees T-Shirt of the Month Club FAQ
- Which shirts do I get? BustedTees team will pick the shirt of the month. It will be one of the new releases from the past week or from an upcoming week. We make every effort to select items that we think are the best of the release. Right now you cannot select your own shirts and you cannot exchange the shirt if you don't like it. Our shirts make a great gift, we're sure someone else will like it.
- How do I update my information? If you move or all of a sudden complete the Atkins diet and need to update your shipping address or shirt size, you can do that anytime via the shirt of the month tab in the account control panel. We will also provide you with a link to the control panel for updating your address and sizing in the signup e-mail you receive when you active a T-shirt of the month subscription.
- How do I cancel my subscription? The shirt of the month subscription fee is paid up front. You may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund only: If you contact Customer Service and cancel your Subscription within twenty (20) days of our shipment of your 1st BustedTees® shirt and return it to us in new/unworn condition with postage/shipping costs prepaid by you, upon receipt we will issue a full refund of your Subscription Plan fee. You can cancel any time, but the full price of each BustedTees® shirt delivered to you plus shipping and handling will be subtracted from the total Subscription Plan fee you paid and the remainder refunded to you as a credit via a BustedTees® Gift Card. Currently, the full price plus shipping and handling of each BustedTees® subscription plan shirt is $25.99 (U.S. Subscribers) or $28.99 (for international subscribers).
- Can I renew my subscription? We do not automatically renew your subscription. Near the time of the final shipment we may include a renewal offer, but it is completely up to you if you wish to renew.
