How do I change my order?

If you want to change your order, email customerservice@BustedTees.com right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we will do our best to accommodate your change.

How do I cancel my order?

I put my email/address in wrong, can this be corrected?

We use USPS's address verification for domestic and APO orders, so it would be really tough for you to mess up your address. However if you see something about your shipping address in your confirmation email that is drastically different from your shipping address as you know it, let us know.

We take fraud prevention seriously, so we will not send your order to a completely different address. If you are paying with PayPal, make all applicable changes to your shipping address in your PayPal account prior to placing your order.

If you need to make a major change to your address, alert us immediately and we will cancel your order and refund your purchase price plus shipping. Email customerservice@BustedTees.com.

If we ship your shirt to the address you provided and it comes back to us, we will process it as a return and refund your money less the shipping costs. Any styles or color options that are available are shown on the right side of the print. Most often it is guys tees, ladies tees and hoodies. Any of the special options would also be shown. If it is not shown, then it is not available for that design.

How long is it going to take?

At this time orders are shipping between 3-7 days.

Can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you provided which will contain either tracking information or a U.S. Customs number. USPS domestic usually takes 3-5 business days. USPS international can take 2-4 weeks.

You should first check with USPS.com to get your tracking info by entering in the tracking number you received from 24 Tees.

If no information is available yet, check it again after 12 hours.

Do you ship to... And how much will it cost?

We ship to most countries throughout the world. We offer flat rate shipping to anywhere in the world.

Your best bet is to assemble your order, go to check out and hit "calculate shipping." This will give you an exact price from us to you for the package that you assembled. There will still be time to edit your order if you wish after you see the shipping charge.

I have a tracking number, but where's my stuff?

We use the United States Post Office to ship all orders and tracking will be available through them. This tracking, however, only follows the package within the United States. After it goes international it becomes the property of that country's postal system and you will need to track it in whatever manner is usual for your country.

For international deliveries as well, please note that any applicable import taxes or tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the original shipping cost.

It says my address is not found.

We ship using the United States Post Office. If you have a PO box and do not get mail at your physical address, you should use the PO box. The verification can be tricky on specific abbreviations as well. USPS.com "find zip code" found here USPS.com can help you find your specific abbreviations and how USPS will verify your address.

Try limiting your search to less than 2 words. Often times vague searches will return a wide variety of shirts. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll locate it for you.

How do I return or exchange my shirt?

Returns and exchanges are easy. Please use the downloadable PDF Return Form found here, fill it out and return it with your shirt.

If you would like to make an exchange please make sure to include payment information for return shipping. (Either an email linked to PayPal or card information.) Once we receive your exchange in the mail, we'll get the replacement out to you as soon as possible.

You made a mistake on my order.

Our bad. It doesn't happen often, but nobody's perfect. Email customerservice@BustedTees.com, and we'll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a pic of our error so we can a) verify your claim and b) shame the offending department.

Do you have discounts for large orders?

No. We do not discount for large orders.

Where do I find a coupon?

At this time we do not support coupons.

What payment options do you accept?

Our checkout system accepts all major credit cards and PayPal as payment options.

There is a faint outline around my shirt design.

Some shirts are pre-treated prior to printing. Don't worry, it will disappear the first time you wash the shirt.
