How do I Return or Exchange an Order?

    If an item is wrong or defective, do not return it!  Emails us at getbusted@bustedtees.com with a description of the problem and a picture and we'll make it right

    If you want to return for any other reason, you have several options:

    Please note Orders placed after Dec. 8th are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Use the code LATE21 for 20% off anything in the store!

    You can exchange for another item, take a store credit or take a refund. 
      
    Both store credit and refund amounts will not include the shipping amount originally paid to receive the product. There is a $5 restocking fee per item for returns.  This fee is waived if you want a store credit, but will be deducted if you choose a refund.

     

    It may take up to 5 days after we receive the return to check it into our system. For faster processing of your exchange or store credit please email us at getbusted@bustedtees.com and send the tracking number of the return.  If you want a refund, you'll have to wait until the item is received back.
