Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
If your order is less than 24 hours old, please email us at email@example.com and we'll take care of that for you. Even if we don't get back to you within 24 hours, if you contacted us within that window, we'll honor your request.
If your order is more than 24 hours old we cannot change or cancel it. This is because everything we sell is printed on demand especially for you at the time that you order. Your order is in production, along with thousands of other items, and we cannot pull individual items out of the production line which then goes immediately to shipping.

Correct, we still can't change or cancel your order. This information was provided on our site in our Returns Policy prior to your purchase.
We want you to receive it and love it! But if you still really don't want it, please write “refused” on the outside of the package and give it back to your mail carrier. It will be returned to sender and then handled like any other return.
