Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. If it’s been longer than that and you still see no updates, please contact us, and we’ll promptly check the status for you.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?

4. My order arrived damaged or incorrect-what should I do?

We’re committed to quality. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll quickly replace or refund your item at no extra charge.

We embroider / print and ship from Michigan. We do not produce the clothing, but we do support over 200 American jobs finishing products in the USA.
