  • Where are BustedTees made? 

    BustedTees is located in Northern Michigan in the USA! We print all BustedTees as they’re ordered in our production facility in Gaylord, Michigan. Printing to order allows us to provide the maximum number of designs, tee colors, and sizes to our customers.

     

    Do you have a sizing chart?

    Of course! You can view our sizing chart here. Please keep in mind that BustedTees are pre-shrunk cotton (some colors blended with polyester) so they will not shrink after the first wash.

     

    How long will it take to receive my order? 

    All orders are printed in-house within 3-7 days of your order date and then shipped via UPS Mail Innovations – this means your order starts with UPS but is delivered to you by USPS. Domestic shipping times are currently within 5-7 business days.

     

    My credit card has been charged, but my order hasn’t shipped.

    Payment is processed at the time of purchase by PayPal, our credit card processor. It will show up as “BUSTEDTEES” on your credit statement.              

     

    How do I track my shipment?

    You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our production facility. When an order is marked “Ready for UPS,” that means it’s on its way to the appropriate UPS origin facility for initiation into their system. Please keep in mind that international orders must travel to New York City for processing so it is normal for there to be a delay in tracking updates with international orders.

     

    Is my order lost in transit?

    If your domestic tracking information has not updated in 10 days with either UPS or USPS, please send us an email at getbusted@BustedTees.com. We will contact UPS and USPS in an attempt to locate your package. If it is determined to have been lost, we will process an immediate replacement.

     

    Tracking says my order was delivered but I don’t have it. 

    Your delivery will be tendered by USPS. Please check your mailbox/mail locker, storm doors, and behind landscaping as USPS will often hide parcels from street view.

    If you cannot find your package on your property, please contact your local post office for confirmation of the geo-location where your parcel left their possession. If they have delivered the order to the incorrect address, they will be responsible for retrieving and redelivering the parcel. If your order has been stolen, please contact getbusted@BustedTees.com.  

     

    International Shipping: Do you ship to my country? How long will it take?

    We offer flat rate shipping to most countries throughout the world with the exception of Saudi Arabia and Israel. If you place an order shipping to Saudi Arabia or Israel, it is most likely to be returned to us. In the event your order is returned to sender, we will refund your order minus shipping fees.

    International shipping times vary based on customs processing and the efficiency of your country’s local postal system. However, shipping internationally can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks. We ship via UPS, who transfers packages to your local postal carrier once they arrive in their destination country. Once the parcels enters an international carrier’s possession, it is normal for tracking to stop updating as these carriers often do not use the same tracking information we assign at original shipment.

    Please note that any applicable import taxes or tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the original shipping cost.

     

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    Please email getbusted@bustedtees.com immediately if you would like to change or cancel your order.

    If your order has yet to enter production, we would be happy to accommodate a change in color or size. If you need to change from Unisex to Ladies or alter the design ordered, it is best to request an order cancellation and place your order again for the product intended. If your order has entered production or shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

     

    Can I return or exchange my order?

    If you’re unhappy with your order, we would be more than happy to help resolve it for you with in 30 days of order placement. Please visit our returns portal or contact getbusted@BustedTees.com for assistance. For domestic orders, we will send a prepaid return shipping label for your return. Unfortunately, we are unable to create return shipping labels for international orders but we will ship your replacement to you at no cost.

     

    You made a mistake on my order – will you fix it?

    Our bad. It doesn't happen often, but nobody's perfect. Email us at getbusted@BustedTees.com, and we'll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a pic of our error so we can a) verify your claim and b) shame the offending department.

    Please keep in mind that there are real humans on the other end of your email, so try not to be a a**hole. Whatever happened, we’ll take care of you. It’s most likely not our Customer Service staff’s fault anyway.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

     

    There’s a faint outline around my shirt design – what gives?

    Some shirts are pre-treated prior to printing to ensure the highest-quality product. Don't worry, it will disappear the first time you wash the shirt.

     

    Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
